- Although they have legacy software, they are moving to new ones and into the cloud. Hence, good opportunities for learning new technologies.
- Good HR policies with respect to leaves, medical, etc.
- Moving between sister companies is allowed, and hence the opportunities increase.
Lately, their stock price has gone down. But if you are not concerned about this, GE is really a good company to work for.
