It is good only on paper to say, "Flourish in uncertain times." The other way of looking at it is that the leadership has no clue what they are doing or where they want to steer the company.
There is no innovation.
Learn to appreciate and award hard-working employees, not just reward leadership program fresh graduates without experience.
Learn to retain talented individuals in these times when the company is not doing well.
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
