GE is going through some major cost cutting right now.
Please be honest with employees. In cost-cutting mode, let employees know that it's because the business is down, not because reducing pay is actually good for the employees.
Also, it would be helpful to share how the executive level is also feeling the cost-cutting. It just feels like employees are being laid off or not getting salary increases just so executive levels can maintain their bonuses.

Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
