GE is going through some major cost cutting right now.
Please be honest with employees. In cost-cutting mode, let employees know that it's because the business is down, not because reducing pay is actually good for the employees.
Also, it would be helpful to share how the executive level is also feeling the cost-cutting. It just feels like employees are being laid off or not getting salary increases just so executive levels can maintain their bonuses.

Graduate Engineer Trainee
On-site assessment centre organized in Wunstorf, conducted together with five other candidates. Situational tasks were given where teamwork and analytical thinking were checked and observed. Overall, a good assessment experience.
Software Engineer
It is a lengthy process, not only interviewing with many managers but for the process to complete if you are selected as the right candidate. However, management does its best to move the process along and will keep you informed.

Talked with hiring managers, and they wanted more security+ experience rather than QA automation. Also, they were willing to allow time to get a security clearance. Nice people. Had an interview over Teams with two people, and it was very nice.
