The dev team is seriously deficient in teamwork skills and etiquette. The lead developers have little experience working in other companies. They have not learned to control their egos and have not gotten past the "I am a genius" phase. Smooth process. * Initial phone call with HR. * Then interview with team lead and VP of Software Development. * Take-home assignment. * Discussed assignment with team lead and other team members. * Offer!
