Permissive Time Off, very personable managers, active career tracking and assistance when transiting to a new role, very progressive and forward-thinking leadership.
It's a very big company, so it makes you feel unconnected to some of the things that go on. Many times, it is difficult to get a straight answer when important, company-wide news comes out.
Progressively changing a huge company takes time; don't expect culture to change overnight.
