Several interviews: two technical, two HR. I was asked about my previous job and my experiences. Deep technical questioning, but not entirely related to the products I am working on now, just the regular advanced software knowledge.

There is first a phone screening, basically to know your English level and some experience. Then, in-person interviews with some technical questions and English conversation too. Finally, an HR interview and then the offer.
