Nice environment and great people
You don't have to worry about losing your job. There is no internal competition between employees and not too much pressure from management. The people are very respectful, and overall the work environment is healthy.
Work can get boring sometimes. You have to show your desire to accomplish more in order to advance in the company.
Less meetings and more money!
