I love the people I work with and enjoy what I do for the most part. There are always things to do, and you never get bored.
Pay could be better. They keep reducing our health benefits and adding more hoops to jump through in order to get the retirement vesting.

General Electric Interview Experiences
Software Engineering Specialist
A lot of the questions were behavioral, and a few were technical. The interviewer was kind and really knew what he was doing. I actually wanted to apply for the DTLP, but somehow they focused me in on the position as a Software Engineering Specialist
Engineering Intern
Easy interview, straightforward questions. Not many technical questions if you are a rising sophomore; questions based more on your character, work ethic, and personality. Interview conducted at a student work networking conference.
