Pros

The company seeks new hires "viscous"-ly. Great place to learn and work on locomotives if you like this type of thing.

Cons

Excessive turnover rate. In 4 years, I saw over 100 different people I had to work with. It is their Edison program. It looks like a good place for folks who are looking for their first job, but for folks who have over 10 years of experience, they don't want to know what you have to offer. They already think they know everything.

Advice to Management

Stay where you are, because if you venture out to other engineering companies, you'll be shocked at what you see. You won't fit in at all.
