Getting a promotion isn't standard. It depends on your manager's expectations. If they are high, you probably won't get anything. When you eventually get a promotion, what they pay you isn't worth the extra workload.
Standardize manager expectations for promotion. One manager promotes everyone; another one "kills" you.
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
