Good pay, a lot of opportunity for advancement. GE is a world-class company with locations in just about any area of the world.
They will work you like a dog if it is needed in the job. I work 13 hours four days a week and then you have overtime day.
Treat the workers better. Think about their home life, not just the bottom line.

Zoom interview of about half an hour, going through personality traits as well as different projects that I have done in the past. Also, questions about my expectations from the company.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
