Pros

Best work-life balance policies. Early adopter of agile methodology.

Cons

Worst onshore or transfer policies.

Worst facilities, as everything is leased.

Getting substandard devices, amenities, or services.

Worst in increments and the related 360-degree feedback loop.

Worst in role management, as being treated as a title.

May be last to try some deviations for building the right software product at the right time in Agile.

Investing/Wasting a lot of money in unnecessary activities, which could be used in compensation improvement.

Advice to Management

Paid onshore opportunities should be made available.

Compensation shouldn't be under manager control, and 360-degree feedback should be mandatory, especially for managerial positions.

Investing (or wasting) a lot of money in unnecessary activities could be used for compensation improvement.
