Unlimited permissive time off - as long as the job is done and the direct manager is good with it, you can take time off whenever needed. Very flexible. Ease of ability to move within the company… varied ways to get into new areas.
Currently, the business is going through a transition, and the Power business will split into a separate company in 2024. Lots of unknowns create constant change in priorities from high level that trickle down. Raises have been minimal.
