Process

15-minute phone screen, then a 1-hour technical Skype interview in March. Later, a 1-hour behavioral interview, which was onsite, in May, in Markham, Ontario.

I was really disappointed with their process. I had high hopes after my interviews, as they went really well with the engineering managers. But unfortunately, it has been 6 months, and I have not heard a rejection or an acceptance (though I no longer expect one) from HR. I tried to contact them numerous times; nobody knew the status of my application. I am really disappointed in how they handled my candidacy. I would sincerely ask the team to respect the effort we put into building a career. The least you could do is give us feedback about our interviews, which is, in fact, your job to find out, instead of telling me you do not have any updates for 3 months.

Future young applicants: move on if you do not hear from them in 3 weeks. They really do not care how interested you are in the position or how well you crack your interview. All they care about is work experience, which we do not get until someone hires us in the first place, and how awesome we work.
