Applied online early July and received the invitation for the HireVue interview that night. I did that and then received a coding challenge through CodeVue. The CodeVue was two LeetCode easy problems, with a half hour for each.
Approximately two weeks after completing those, I received a screening phone call that was about ten minutes. It was simply to confirm my citizenship status, explain the role, etc. It then was approximately two months before a talent sourcer reached out and scheduled the final hiring manager interview. I reached out a few different times to verify I was still in the running.
I then got a verbal offer the day of my interview. It was an extremely positive experience overall, and I'm not sure what took so long, but I'm going to blame it on COVID-19 and WFH.
Tell me about a time where it was difficult to not harbor bad feelings or frustration towards a coworker.
