Process
GM is the worst at assessing a candidate's background against the requirements of the role. Numerous times I have applied to roles for which my background is an excellent match. Numerous times I receive a rejection: "Unfortunately for this particular role, we will not be moving forward with your application as your qualifications are not a fit."
Not once has GM ever contacted me to discuss my qualifications. This leads me to believe they are not even looking at my resume or profile.
