Entry Level Software Developer Interview Experience

Process

5-star questions on HireView, coding assessments (program that converts Morse to text & I forgot the other one), and then phone screen (only made it this far). The phone screen was really simple, and apparently they only had positions open in Michigan. I applied for the Austin location, and was never told about that until the phone screen. She knew I was not convinced, and the same day I received a rejection email. I live 3 hours from Austin, and I would not like to live in Detroit. I don’t buy it (I have 2 friends at the Austin location) since I was told the Austin location is still hiring. Back to job hunting!
