Process

The interview process had three parts: a coding challenge, a 15-minute phone screen, and two 1-hour behavioral interviews back to back.

After applying to GM, I was sent an email stating to complete the HireVue introduction interview. These questions were STAR-like interview questions.

After this, I was sent another email stating that for this role, they do not require this anymore and were ignoring what I submitted. I would then receive a coding challenge through HireVue. I completed this, and then about a week later, I got an email to set up a phone screen. The phone screen had basic questions.

During the phone screen, the interviewer set up a time slot for the final two behavioral interviews for the following week. I completed the behavioral interviews and was given an offer on the Friday of the same week. The whole process took 3 weeks.
