Pros: - Colleagues are friendly. - Good work-life balance. - The view in the building is pretty good.

Cons: A lot of projects are in the maintenance stage. Many times, your job is to spend hours finding a bug and fix it with two lines of code. If you are a young person, don't come here. Software development methodology and technology are 5-10 years behind the western and eastern coasts. Management is trying to make some changes, but it hasn't gone that well. Bad location, located in the center of Detroit. Most people live 10 miles away or further from downtown Detroit. You can easily waste two hours on the highway.
