I went through my campus's networking website and applied online. I got called for an interview that wasn't terribly technical. A couple weeks later, I got called again for a slightly longer interview, more on the behavioral side. I guess they really liked me since they offered me the position on the spot. Very friendly and polite people.
There weren't technical questions per se, but be ready to talk about your most relevant project. Make sure you describe it in such a way that they understand it. Communication skills are very important.
