The initial step was an online C++ coding test. Then, a 30-minute technical phone screen with a recruiter about data structures and OOP. Next, a 90-minute technical interview onsite that included more C++ trivia and coding. Following that was a 60-minute behavioral interview with 2 hiring managers.
