The interview process went very smoothly. I applied online and got a link to an initial HireVue video interview. I answered a couple of questions and then did a cognitive math exam. Then, I got an email from the HR recruiter asking to set up a phone screen, which consisted of "Why GM?" and "What do you know about GM?". The recruiter got my availability for a final Skype interview, which was with the engineering manager. This interview consisted of 3-4 STAR format questions and was very candid. I asked a lot of questions, and they loved that. I got an offer about two weeks later.
