Met on campus for a 1-hour interview with two current employees. Questions were all behavioral but mixed in technical skills. No questions about solving out any problems. Overall, the process was very easy.

Pros: The development program gives new graduates out of school a wide variety of experiences and the ability to see different areas of the company.
Company and management encourage learning opportunities. A competitive base salary and benefits package are offered as well.
Cons: Can feel like an outsider on certain engineering teams if you are not interested in cars. If you want to still work in the traditional ICE area, there are not a lot of opportunities. Specific to the development program, 6-month rotations can feel too short at times.
