An email to arrange a call with HR. Nothing much happened in the phone call, then a personality and logic test followed by an in-person interview. Also, there were some questions where you had to answer in video format.
The in-person interview felt like a freshman interview, all behavioral questions and no questions whatsoever about the experience I had. At one point, I asked about an experience I lacked, and they said they don't care about my previous experience! The position marketed needed 5-8 years of specific experience, which I had most of; still, they couldn't care less. Why didn't they just ask for a fresh graduate?
