Salary and benefits are competitive.
Cons: Too much detachment of management to subordinate levels in the team. A worker should not be completely beholden to his/her boss without upper management review and oversight. Abuse occurs because incompetent managers don't lead or manage their workers effectively, and they receive neither adequate training nor restraint/constraint from their own leadership.
