I applied online and was first contacted by HR in March. Two weeks then passed before the first phone screen with HR happened. The next step was passing a psychological test. I received a link to it only after another two weeks of waiting. After passing the test, HR just disappeared.
After another seven months, I suddenly received a call from another HR representative without any warning. Worst of all, it happened during work hours when I was at work. It was very uncomfortable for me.
The HR representative was very rude and spoke unclearly and very fast. I could barely understand what he was saying. I asked him to speak slowly, and after that, he just hung up the phone call.
I can say that GMC has the worst hiring team ever. Great job.
