Process
I attended an interview for a .NET Senior Developer position. The interview was good and covered all the basics of .NET, MVC, WPF, MVVM, etc. The interview lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After the technical round, there was a Manager Round and an EGM Round.
The EGM round was interesting. The Executive General Manager asked about certain scenarios and how I overcame them, as well as the positives I took from those experiences.
After that, I had a brief HR round.
Questions
The EGM round was unexpected.
