Cons: Working at General Motors was one of the worst career decisions I’ve ever made. The management is incompetent, disorganized, and completely disconnected from employees on the ground. There is zero transparency, and decisions are made behind closed doors without any regard for how they affect staff. The culture is toxic — full of office politics, favoritism, and a complete lack of accountability. Hard work goes unnoticed while those who play the political game get ahead. Innovation is just a buzzword here; real change never happens because leadership is stuck in outdated thinking.
