There were only 2 total interviews with GM. The first came about 2 weeks after my application and was a non-proctored technical assessment in an online IDE. The questions were very simple; I would rate them a 4/10 level of difficulty, with a 5/10 being the average of the interviews I have taken.
After about 1 more week, an HR rep contacted me to set up a Microsoft Teams interview with the location I was set to work at. That interview was mostly behavioral, with some simple technical questions sprinkled throughout. It was 2 hours in total, with 1 hour spent with one interviewer and the second hour spent with another.
Both interviewers were very laid back but to the point. A very simple process.
About two weeks after that, I received a call from HR with an offer.
