Pros: Good, dedicated co-workers. Good bonuses... if you aren't Team GM Minus, lolz.
Cons: The business is cyclical, and you can only sell so many cars every year for so long.
The company, and perhaps the whole industry, is obsessed with being Tesla.
So, we will all probably be expected to work like Tesla engineers.
