Pros: Lots of freedom in carrying out tasks and with project work.
The work is always interesting, and days go by quickly with lots to do.
Many learning opportunities if willing to find them or create them for yourself.
Compensation is great!
Cons: Purchasing parts/material is not as straightforward as it should be and often becomes the hold-up in executing work.
The future of the plant is always unknown, and many external factors play into this.
Work/life balance can be a challenge at times.

Pros: You will learn a lot of important software skills if you're interested in embedded systems, operating systems, computer networking, etc.
Cons: Just by nature of the size, you won't get much opportunity to work or socialize with other interns.

Pros: Great pay, great benefits. Everyone was inclusive. Management went above and beyond to make sure the team felt supported.
Cons: Hours are undefined. You could be on a call with a country with an 8-hour time difference and expected to be present at 8pm your time.
