Seamless process. First round was the technical test, which consisted of two LeetCode questions (easy). Then, the recruiter asked about why this company. The last one was with the hiring manager. I didn't make it through the recruiter.

Pros: Great pay (for the area), little to no overtime required (depending on your role).
Getting to work in a field that is actually newly emerging with lots of potential (EVs).
Plenty of different areas to work in.
Cons: GM is an old-school company with old-school values. They do not hold up to the infrastructure, code quality, or amenities that many software engineers have come to expect. They want to rebrand themselves as a tech company but are a bit lost on how to make that happen.
