Initial tech screen followed by a long-form behavioral interview. The behavioral portion dove into technical projects as well as interpersonal skills. The tech screen was an online assessment. Only those two rounds were part of the process.

It's a very large company, so there are a lot of opportunities to move internally.
Cons: Being a large company can sometimes make it difficult to move upward.
In my time there have been an abnormal amount of reorganizations. This creates a lot of turmoil, and layoffs are a common topic of talk.
