Process

I was referred to GM by a friend that currently works there. I received a call from his direct manager, and within 2-3 days of the initial phone call, I had a virtual interview. During the 2-hour interview, I met with two individuals who worked within the department, and they asked STAR interview-type questions. I was also asked various technical questions related to my position to identify any knowledge gaps. I was offered the job exactly 3 weeks from the date I interviewed, which I accepted. Overall, an easy interview process.
