Good people, good base pay.
Toxic management.
Micromanages us since the reorg.
Afraid to speak up in fear of losing my job.
Going through the contact kind of sucks.
Medicare is trash compared to Blue Cross.
No holiday pay.
The people who get you in stop talking to you and stop helping you after you're in.
They will respond to a few texts but then they'll forget about you if you ask more questions.
Try to get salaried in. Life would be so much better.
Get your contract employees in and stop being so toxic. Go to therapy instead of taking out your deep issues on your employees.
