General Motors uses the AI interview program Hirevue to filter out candidates. There's no face-to-face interaction, however, for better or for worse. You don't know if you received an interview right away.

They used Hirevue. Candidates had two timed chances to record an answer to questions (answers analyzed with AI). Afterward, there were Hirevue games to access cognitive capabilities.
