Constant layoffs, constant reduction in personnel, but an increase in workload. The SLT is unbelievably disconnected with reality and does everything in its power to make life miserable.

Mechanical Engineer
Conducted through HireVue. 5 STAR questions and 3 mind games. The games were very entertaining, but some questions caught me off guard. Overall an OK interview experience. Being able to redo some questions helped.

The process started with a behavioral interview. The interviewer seemed interested but rushed at the same time, like he had heard it all before. There were only three questions, and it seemed like it didn't really get the entire picture.
