Constant layoffs, constant reduction in personnel, but an increase in workload. The SLT is unbelievably disconnected with reality and does everything in its power to make life miserable.
Listen to your workforce and customers.

Went through 5 rounds of interviews just to be notified that they were cancelling the position. They said I would need to go through the full interview process again for another role.
