Get into the weeds and add value to the work that we provide you with. Too many managers are simply middlemen that lost their edge as an individual contributor and never had the vision for business leadership.

Use the STAR interviewing technique. The interview was pretty straightforward, with opportunities for feedback during it. I had an enjoyable experience, and the questions were relevant to the position. Nothing seemed surprising or very tricky at all.
