Amazing place to work!
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Great work/life balance.
- Flexibility with scheduling.
- Managers listen to you and your wants.
The only con is that there has been a lot of back and forth regarding the work-from-home policy. The moment I moved into my apartment, we went back to work from home because a new strain of COVID had come out. Now, it is fully back to the hybrid schedule (wasn't given much of a warning).
