Amazing Benefits, Unexpected Layoffs
The benefits are amazing! I loved the family leave after my daughter was born. Time off was encouraged. The support to learn my job was there from day one.
The year that I was there, they had a lot of layoffs, and they all happened unexpectedly. It caused most to have hard feelings toward the leadership for not being transparent.
