Potential for growth is there. Managers will allow you to take on bigger tasks and push you to do so.
There is no direct way to move to a more senior position. You can take on bigger tasks and do more for whatever team you're on. But, if there are no bigger roles than the one you are in, you will be stuck where you are, doing more work for the same salary.
