- Hard work does not feel rewarding long-term.
As GM transitions more into tech, incentives to perform well need to be increased.
Going above and beyond does not feel rewarding at all. In fact, it feels actively discouraged.

In order to talk about the interview, I have to say and mention that it was with very straightforward and kind people. Super convenient and friendly.

Very fast, I got an online assessment within a week after applying. There were 2 OA questions in total. The assessment was timed with 30 minutes for each question. It did not require a lockdown browser or proctoring.
