GM really focuses on culture and inclusion within the company. You do not have to put in crazy hours. You may have two or three 50+ hour weeks a year. The rest are 40-45 hours/week.
Lower salary compared to other companies. GM seems to pay below market.
Hire more experienced workers to stabilize projects and fewer people right out of college.
