Team members and manager are extremely knowledgeable and were great to work with. Work-life balance was also great.
No direction from upper management, no job security, and morale is very low in recent times. Reorganizations are the norm.
Stop hiring Silicon Valley people who know nothing of the automotive industry and have a mindset of doing everything with nothing.
