My managers have been great here and really shielded the teams I have been on from all the changes that have happened in the last few years.
GM is trying to change the culture and introduce a bit more churn into the white-collar work. It's made a good place to work much more frustrating to work under.

Software Engineer
Just got the HireVue coding challenge done, and I'm waiting for the next step. The question on HireVue is pretty easy. Just practice on LeetCode. I will update once I hear back from them.

Couple of phone interviews. Then it was two in-person interviews with two different software engineers, where they both asked technical questions. They also asked several mandatory behavioral questions. They asked about previous projects too.

I only got to the coding assessment, which was fairly easy. I received no response after that. There was no actual interview conducted with another employee. Apart from that, the instructions for the coding assessment were simple.
