Working from home, but that's taken away, so... none, lol.
Team leads like to micromanage. Managers nitpick their employees' timesheets. Too much work is assigned per person, and employees are expected to work late hours and weekends. There are too many org changes every quarter, so I don't even know who I'm working with half the time. I didn't sign up for this. Also, we were told WFH for good, then GM switched up and required us back in the office 3x week. A 1-hour commute for entry-level pay isn't worth it.
Stop micromanaging your employees. Be transparent when hiring.
It's a human-less online interview with randomized questions that you answer in video form. They review your answers later to decide if you get a second interview or not. You're allowed to redo your answers a few times, but ultimately this takes way
Behavior questions - STAR Method: * Tell us a time when you resolved a conflict in your team. * Tell us about a time when you displayed leadership. * Tell us about a time you have failed. 3 coding questions. Phone call interview. 2-hour interview
It was a 2-hour interview, 1 hour each with 2 people, so 4 people were interviewed in total. STAR interview process. Questions will be asked based on your resume. A mix of behavioral and technical questions.
