Pros

Working from home, but that's taken away, so... none, lol.

Cons

Team leads like to micromanage. Managers nitpick their employees' timesheets. Too much work is assigned per person, and employees are expected to work late hours and weekends. There are too many org changes every quarter, so I don't even know who I'm working with half the time. I didn't sign up for this. Also, we were told WFH for good, then GM switched up and required us back in the office 3x week. A 1-hour commute for entry-level pay isn't worth it.

Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging your employees. Be transparent when hiring.
