Not so many pros. The people you work with are probably the best things about the company. Project ideas were great, but everything felt like your job was on the line.
Too many reorganizations. People in the States can't make up their minds in higher positions. There's no care about the employee, only just a number. Also, no progression.

Multiple interviews. Human resources, then the hiring manager, then team format. The phone screen is both short and concise. It took months with several hiring freezes, and then the process started over.

First, it is resume screening, then a phone interview plus a technical interview. Then, a normal behavioral question. That's all for the process. It is a great experience. I enjoy the whole process.
