Great work experience and leadership.
No quick growth opportunities are available.
The manager was pretty cool. Typical questions about behavior, thoughts, and response. The STAR Method approach was apparently changed to something else, but it was similar.
Blocked by a coding interview with nonstandard questions. The questions were things you've seen in any easy-medium HackerRank or LeetCode. But there were three, and they required building from scratch and getting user input rather than the usual form
The interview process is more behavioral. They want to see how you handle various situations. After the interview, they do not follow up and do not even bother to tell you if you have been selected or not. Not very professional for a company like GM
