The interview process included two HR screens, followed by a Data Structures and Algorithms problem-solving Zoom video call. It also included low-level design questions.

I received positive feedback for these rounds and then got an invite for the next stages, which included:

• High-Level Design (HLD)
• Leadership and again HLD
• DB&I round (specific to GitHub culture)

All the rounds went quite well, but I did not receive any response from the recruiter thereafter.

During the High-Level Design round, the interviewer asked if I would be working remotely, as the recruiter had confirmed it would be a remote opportunity and I would not have to relocate.

However, I felt that once the manager learned I was opting for remote work, they became reluctant regarding my candidacy.

This was a poor experience with the recruiter, as they did not bother to respond.
